Pengisi Acara, Nominasi, dan Info Menarik di Billboard Music Awards 2020

BILLBOARD Music Awards 2020 akan kembali digelar. Acara penghargaan musik yang seharusnya berlangsung pada 29 April ini terpaksa diundur karena pandemi COVID-19.
Pengisi acara, artis yang masuk nominasi, serta host yang akan membawakan acara sudah diumumkan. Simak berbagai info penting yang perlu kamu tahu seputar Billboard Music Awards 2020.
1. Host, tanggal, dan venue Billboard Music Awards 2020
Kelly Clarkson akan kembali jadi host untuk Billboard Music Awards 2020. Ini akan jadi kali ketiga selama berturut-turut Clarkson menjadi pembawa acara gelaran ini sejak 2018.
Acara akan ditayangkan langsung dari The Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles pada Kamis, 15 Oktober pukul 07:00 WIB di NBC.
2. Artis Pengisi Acara Billboard Music Awards 2020
Penggemar akan disuguhi oleh berbagai penampilan keren dari sejumlah musisi. BTS dipastikan akan membawakan lagu Dynamite di acara BBMAs tahun ini.
Doja Cat yang baru saja mendapatkan nominasi pertamanya dikabarkan akan menampilkan medley dari lagu hitnya. Kane Brown, Swae Lee, dan Khalid juga akan bergabung untuk penampilan perdana lagu Be Like That.
Penonton juga akan menyaksikan aksi Alicia Keys, Bad Bunny, Luke Combs, En Vogue, Demi Lovato, Sia, Post Malone, dan SAINt JHN tampil di atas panggung Billboard 2020 ini.
3. Cara voting Billboard Music Awards 2020
Ada tiga kategori yang berdasarkan pilihan penggemar, yaitu Billboard Chart Achievement Award, Top Social Artist, dan Top Collaboration.
Voting sudah dibuka sejak 1 Oktober 2020 dan bisa dilakukan melalui aplikasi TikTok serta situs resmi BBMAs. Penggemar hanya perlu mencari akun BBMAs di TikTok kemudian memberikan vote kepada musisi yang dipilih.
Setiap harinya satu fan hanya bisa memberikan maksimal 10 suara saja untuk masing-masing kategori. Begitu pula dengan voting yang dilakukan via website.
4. Daftar lengkap nominasi Billboard Music Awards 2020
Tahun 2020 BBMA terdiri dari 55 kategori dalam tiga kategori besar, yakni Artist Awards, Album Awards, dan Song Awards. Penghargaan didasarkan pada periode chart 23 Maret 2019 hingga 14 Maret 2020.
