MERAHPUTIH.COM - I-DLE kembali menyapa para penggemarnya dengan merilis mini album kesembilan bertajuk We Made. Bersamaan dengan perilisan tersebut, grup yang digawangi Soyeon dan rekan-rekannya itu juga memperkenalkan lagu utama (title track) berjudul Gimme Dat Love, yang semakin menegaskan eksistensi mereka di industri musik.
Melalui Gimme Dat Love, i-dle mengangkat kisah tentang rasa ketertarikan yang begitu kuat terhadap seseorang. Lirik lagu ini menggunakan metafora dahaga untuk menggambarkan kerinduan akan cinta dan kasih sayang.
Perasaan tersebut diibaratkan sebagai haus yang hanya dapat terobati ketika mendapatkan balasan dari orang yang dicintai, sehingga menghadirkan potret emosi yang penuh hasrat, harapan, sekaligus kerinduan.
