American Music Award Resmi Digelar, ini nih Musisi yang Menang

AJANG penghargaan musik terbesar Amerika, American Music Award (AMA), digelar di Los Angeles, Minggu (24/11) malam waktu AS. Para musisi datang untuk merayakan prestasi dan pencapaian terbaik dalam musik.

Tahun ini, nama Taylor Swift dan Billie Eilish banyak disebut-sebut. Dengan tambahan kemenangan favorite pop/rock album dan artist of the year untuk AMA 2019, Swift jadi musisi dengan kemenangan terbanyak di AMA. Tak salah jika Swift menerima penghargaan artist of the decade di ajang AMA. Bahkan, Billboard akan menganugrahi Swift dengan gelar woman of the decade pada 12 Desember mendatang di ajang Women in Music 2019.

Pencapaian Swift sepanjang 2010 memang terbilang moncer. Lima albumnya duduk di posisi nomor 1 Billboard 200 dalam satu dekade ini, termasuk 5 lagu di posisi puncak Hot 100 Chart. Selain itu, Taytay juga sukses menggelar tiga tur stadium di seluruh dunia dan dua penghargaan Billboard Woman of the Year.

Selain Swift, grup K-Pop BTS juga mencuri perhatian. Nama Bangtan Boys disebut sebagai penerima favorit pop/rock duo or grup. Di genre country, duo Dan + Shay mencuri penghargaan sebagai favorit.

Pendatang baru Billie Eilish sukses memenangi new artist of the year dan favorite alternative rock artist.
