Lagu "Stand By Me" merupakan bagian dari album ketiga band rock legendaris asal Inggris, Oasis, yang berjudul Be Here Now dan diluncurkan pada tahun 1997.

Sebagai single kedua dari album tersebut, "Stand By Me" diciptakan oleh Noel Gallagher—gitaris sekaligus vokalis Oasis—yang menggambarkan kisah tentang seseorang yang berharap kekasihnya tetap berada di sisinya, meski tengah menghadapi masa-masa sulit.
