MERAHPUTIH.COM - MUSISI New York Rachael Yamagata baru-baru ini mengumumkan album studio barunya setelah hampir 10 tahun. Album Starlit Alchemy akan dirilis pada 3 Oktober via Jullian Records.
Album ini dimulai dengan lagu Backwards yang sudah dirilis, sebuah lagu yang telah lama dikerjakan Yamagata. Awalnya, lagu dirancang sebagai bagian dari sebuah musikal, sebagai pernyataan yang hening, sebuah refleksi tentang tarikan transformasi dan segala hal yang datang dengan meninggalkan sebagian duniamu.
